Do you cover my area?
We cover the whole of the North West, and we'll be expanding nationwide soon. If you're outside the region, get in touch anyway — we'll let you know as soon as we reach you.
Are you accredited?
Yes. We're MCS accredited and TrustMark registered, so your installation meets recognised industry standards and qualifies for the Smart Export Guarantee and the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.
Is the home survey really free?
Yes. The survey and your quote are completely free, and there's no obligation to go ahead.
How long does a survey take?
Usually around an hour. We look at your roof, your current heating system, insulation and how you use energy, then talk through your options.
Will I qualify for the £7,500 heat pump grant?
Most homeowners in England and Wales replacing a gas, oil or LPG boiler are eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. We'll check eligibility at your survey and handle the application for you.
Can I get solar and a heat pump together?
Yes — and they work well together. Solar can power your heat pump during the day, and a battery stores spare energy for the evening. We'll design both as one system.
How quickly can you install?
Most installs happen within a few weeks of accepting your quote. Solar usually takes one to two days on site, and a heat pump two to four.
