Should I get solar panels or a heat pump?
They do different jobs: solar panels make electricity, while an air source heat pump heats your home and hot water. Many homes benefit from both, because solar can help power the heat pump. We'll recommend the right mix for your home at a free survey.
Are there grants available?
Homes in England and Wales can get £7,500 off an air source heat pump through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme — try our grant checker. Solar panels and home batteries also currently have 0% VAT until March 2027.

We cover the whole of the North West — Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire and Cumbria — and we'll be expanding nationwide soon.
