Our website gives general information about solar panels, air source heat pumps, battery storage and EV chargers. It isn't professional or financial advice tailored to your home.
Our interactive tools — including the savings estimator, grant checker, battery and EV cost comparisons, and efficiency examples — are illustrative only. They use typical figures and assumptions shown on the page, and your actual costs, savings, performance and eligibility will depend on your home, usage, tariff and system design.
Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer. Only your written quotation, following a survey, sets out what we'll provide and what it will cost.
4. Quotes, surveys and contracts
Any quote we give is based on the information available at the time and is subject to survey. If you go ahead with an installation, it will be covered by the written quotation and contract terms we give you — not by these website terms.
Where you agree a contract with us away from our business premises, for example at your home, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. The details will be in the contract documents we give you.
5. Grants and schemes
We mention government grants and schemes, such as the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and the Smart Export Guarantee, to help you understand your options. Eligibility and payments are decided by the scheme administrators and energy suppliers, not by us, and scheme rules can change. While we'll help with applications where we've agreed to, we can't guarantee that any application will be approved.

Some photos on this website are stock or illustrative images and may not show our own installations. Where we show our own work, we'll make that clear.
